What to expect from an In Home Hair & Makeup Session
People always say:
“I wish you could come to my house and do my hair and makeup all the time”.
I have great news- if you live in the Charleston, SC area- I can!
One of the many fabulous things about living in Charleston is that people are always going to an event or having photoshoots for their family, wedding or business. I often spend my weekends doing hair and makeup for weddings and my weekdays doing hair and makeup for photoshoots.
My kit is mobile and I am always on the go.
Below I will walk you through what to expect when booking an in home session with me.
Timing
We will be working together for 2.5 hours:
15 minutes to unpack when I arrive and confirm the look we agreed upon.
1 hour for hair
1 hour for makeup
15 minutes for any touch ups and to pack up my kit.
If you think we may need more time, I am happy to accomodate.
Setup Requirements
The best place to allow me to set up is a kitchen island. The worst place to have me set up is the bathroom
My kit includes lighting and I have a chair in my car if necessary. I mainly need outlets and table space.
How to Prepare for your Session
I will confirm 48 hours in advance and include any instructions specific to your session. Before we meet, I ask for details about your event and inspiration photos for the look you are going for.
You can prepare for your session by having:
Clean, dry hair that is crease free from any elastics or clips.
Makeup free, moisturized skin.
Pricing & Payment
